Territory Sales Manager – Nationwide (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing national sales team. This is a remote, nationwide role focused on driving adoption of our transient elastography solutions and expanding NexGen’s presence across GI, hepatology, endocrine, obesity medicine, and primary care practices.

The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial self-starter with proven success in healthcare or medical device sales. You will be responsible for territory development, lead generation, product demonstrations, relationship management, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Growth

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across GI and hepatology.

  • Conduct product demonstrations (virtual and onsite) for the iLivTouch™ transient elastography system.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

Customer Engagement & Education

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, administrators, practice managers, and clinical staff.

  • Provide ongoing product education on transient elastography, reimbursement, workflow integration, and ROI modeling.

  • Coordinate product evaluations, training, and follow-up with customer sites.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, clinical advisors, and support teams to ensure customer success.

  • Communicate customer feedback to help improve product features, training processes, and marketing materials.

  • Represent the company at national and regional conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Reporting & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity logs in CRM.

  • Provide weekly updates on sales progress, forecasts, and competitive insights.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to travel up to 50–70% nationwide.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit customer sites.
